For over 60 years, Optical Factory has been a trusted part of the East York community, originally opened in the 1960s by a local optometrist and his wife.
Today owner Fred Nojd, a licensed optician since 1981 continues that tradition of expert care. Fred's extensive experience includes specialized certifications in scleral lenses  and orthokeratology, alongside fitting conventional contact lenses. Beyond his technical expertise, Fred has a keen eye for style, curating a collection of unique eyewear from designers like Orgreen, Jaguar, Frederic Beausoleil, Xavier Garcia, Mexx, Kaleos and Parasite among others.
